Please review your order carefully, including the selected size, colour, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

2. Size Information

Please note that all measurements are taken manually. A variation of 1–3 cm is considered normal and does not qualify as a product defect.

We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.

3. Product Colours

All product photos and videos are taken from the actual items whenever possible.

However, slight differences in colour may occur due to lighting during photography, individual screen settings, and display devices. These variations are normal and are not considered product defects.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number together with clear photos of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

5. Shipping

Orders will be processed after payment has been successfully received.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available).
